Pastis Drinks
Recipes of the Sun
The basic rule in mixing pastis: 1-5
The ratio mix pastis is 1 part pastis to 5 parts cool water
Then add ice and serve.

add appx. 1teaspoon of Gernadine, stir
(This is the clubs favorite pastis drink)
"Un Perroquet"
add appx. 1 teaspoon or more of Green Mint syrup
"Une Mauressque"
add appx. or more of Almond syrup
Un Mazout"
